* Value Plus Bonus provides an initial rate that is 50 bps higher than its base rate. RiverSource Life reduces this extra 50 bps over a 10-year period corresponding to the reduction of surrender charges to 0% over 10 years. The extra 50 bps will reduce by approximately 5 bps per year.
