Each additional payment will have its own withdrawal schedule. Withdrawal schedules may vary by state.
Liquidity Option L - Cumulative earnings or 10% of the prior anniversary contract value can be annually withdrawn without charge.
Fees and Expenses
Contract Type Mortality and expense fee (M&E) + Variable account administrative charge = Base variable annuity expenses (as a percentage of average daily subaccount value)
Option L 1.55% + 0.15% = 1.70%
Option C 1.65% + 0.15% = 1.80%

Subaccount management fees vary by fund and do not apply to the Guarantee Period Accounts (GPAs), the Regular Fixed Account or the Special Dollar-Cost Averaging (SDCA) Fixed accounts, where available. GPA's are not available in New York. The One-year Fixed account and DCA Fixed account is available in New York.

Contract administrative charge of $40 is deducted from the contract value on contract anniversary and at full surrender; waived on contract values of $50,000 or more.
