Renaming to Partners funds and Threadneedle® funds
As of March 31, 2008, RiverSource® subadvised funds will include the name Partners, as shown below. In addition, our retail international and global funds managed by Threadneedle will be renamed to include the name Threadneedle, as indicated below.
The goal of the fund renaming is to bring clarity around the comprehensive investment platform offered by RiverSource and to differentiate which of our funds are managed internally, which are subadvised by other fund managers, and which are managed by Threadneedle. This change only affects the names of these funds. It does not change the management of these funds or their investment objectives.
