Enter your AdvisorCompass® site User ID and Password to login.

The system should not allow you to register for the site. You should use your AdvisorCompass® site ID to login to the site.

Generally, when your access becomes revoked it is because you have incorrectly entered your user ID/password

This is a very rare case that might happen for a few users. Your profile has some discrepancies. To correct this, please contact us.

a) Please make sure that you are entering the AdvisorCompass® site credentials for BOB site.

b) If the AdvisorCompass® site ID and any other SSOID (If you are registered for any client sites like ODWeb, MyFA, Web client inquiry) are the same then please make sure that the password is the same for both the user ID's. If the problem still persists, please contact us.

a) Please make sure that you are entering the valid login credentials that are registered for RiverSource and BOB sites.

b) Please make sure that you are entering the AdvisorCompass® site login credentials to log-in for RiverSource and BOB sites.

c) If your AdvisorCompass® site ID and any other SSOID (If you are registered for any client sites like ODWeb, MyFA, Web client inquiry) are the same then please make sure that the password is the same for both the user ID's. If the problem still persists, please contact us.
